Abstract

Early childhood education (PAUD) is a coaching and introduction effort aimed at children aged 0-6 years. Efforts to introduce healthy food to children are a way to implement a healthy life by making nutritious food for children. The low interest of children in consuming nutritious food is because lack of knowledge and parents' neglect of the importance of nutritious eating. Educators and parents have a significant and important role in forming healthy eating habits in children. Especially in kindergarten (TK) educators. One approach that attracts children's interest is implementing Cooking Class and GSS activities as an interactive and fun educational tool. PKK Tunas Harapan Kindergarten Paiton has effectively carried out cooking class activities once every 2 months, this activity provides an understanding of health and nutrition for children directly so that children know the differences between nutritious foods, the results of the research state that cooking class activities can run with the role of teachers and parents. and children can work together well and understand how important it is to maintain children's health by providing healthy and nutritious food.
