APPLICATION OF THE PROJECT BASED LEARNING WITH LOOSE PARTS TO INCREASE CREATIVE WORK OF CHILDREN AGED 5-6 YEARS AT DHARMA WANITA KECAMATAN TRAWAS KINDERGARTEN

Creativity in children's work is one of the components that supports children's thinking abilities in completing and producing work. Stimulation of children's creative work can be easily achieved if supported by appropriate strategies, approaches, methods and teaching materials. One of them is the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model which is able to hone children's abilities, skills and creativity in solving project-based problems, supported by loose parts as teaching materials that are easily found around children and can be an intermediary in improving children's ability to think critically , imagine, see solutions, communicate and hone children's exploration skills, especially when children explore play experiences to the fullest. Based on these results, this research aims to increase the creative work of children aged 5-6 years using the project based learning (PjBL) model with loose parts at Dharma Wanita Kecamatan Trawas Kindergarten. The 4 indicators of creative work that will be assessed are originality, flexibility, fluency and elaboration. This research uses a classroom action research (PTK) approach with Kemmis and Mc's cycle model. Taggart. Data was collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques, with instruments in the form of observation sheets, interview sheets and activity photos. The data obtained will be analyzed descriptively qualitatively and descriptively quantitatively. Based on the final results obtained during the research, it was concluded that the use of loose parts in the PjBL model was able to increase the creative work of children aged 5-6 years or group B at Dharma Wanita Kecamatan Trawas Kindergarten.
