Technology is used as teaching and learning materials in Climate Change Education (CCE), encouraging students to develop their knowledge and attitude toward the climate crisis. In response, this paper explores using the digital application 'The World for Act Now' to measure students' carbon footprint in CCE. The goals of the carbon footprint measurement activity are to help students: (i) understand the concept of carbon footprint and its impact on climate change, (ii) find out which student’s carbon footprint contributes most to climate change, (iii) create ideas for contributions to climate change mitigation and adaptation. In general, teach students about carbon footprints and develop their climate awareness and attitude. The next activity suggestion is to involve students in a project or climate action. By involving students in climate action, we equip them with the tools to address one of the most pressing challenges of our time and foster a generation that values and actively works towards a sustainable future
