SYSTEMATIC REVIEW AND META-ANALYSIS OF FACTORS LEADING TO THE MORTALITY OF THE GHORQOT TREE (NITRARIA RETUSA)

Abstract

The Ghorqot tree (Nitraria retusa) is a plant of significant ecological and cultural importance. However, like all plants, it is vulnerable to various environmental and anthropogenic factors that can lead to its mortality. This systematic review and meta-analysis aim to identify and quantify the primary factors that contribute to the death of the Ghorqot tree, including the role of specific chemicals in accelerating its demise. The findings are consolidated into a meta-analytical framework, supported by tables and graphs, to provide a comprehensive understanding of the key determinants of Ghorqot tree mortality.
