This qualitative descriptive research employs a case study approach of the Edu-Tourism Wastepreneurship model implemented by the Bank Sampah (Waste Bank) in Sumbergondo Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City of East Java Province, Indonesia. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis is conducted using SWOT analysis, and internal and external factors are assessed using the Internal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS) and External Strategic Factors Analysis Summary (EFAS) matrices. The findings reveal the advantages of community-based waste management tourism combined with D’Kopi Sabin, which offers well-equipped facilities, services, and environmental-based tourism.
